- The reasons are as follows:

- ・We want to preserve the authenticity of our dishes and your dining experience.
- ※ We do not offer pecan-free or Halal options.

- If you wish to make a reservation at our restaurant, please kindly ask the Japanese-speaking staff at your hotel to contact us on your behalf.

- If you are unable to come after making a reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged for same-day cancellations. We will contact you to confirm in such cases.

コース料理のご予約を前日にキャンセルされる場合は、ご予約コース料金の50％をキャンセル料として申し受けます。

ご予約コース料金の100％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
アラカルト（お席のみ）の場合も来店直前のキャンセル、ご連絡なくご来店されなかった場合には、誠に恐縮ではございますが、お一人様あたり2500円のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
